Default 93 ford ranger need help

i have a 1993 for ranger with the 2.3 it will turn over and i have fire to the plugs and i just put a new fuel presser reg and i am giting gas good oil press and 1/2 tank of gas please help me

Well, if your getting fuel and ignition, then it's probably the starter. There may be a short in the wiring from the battery to the starter.
Automotive Questions and Answers -
There are a bunch of tests you can run on your starter while it is still in the car. Ignore the guys question at the beginning of the article...
Is the check engine light on?

well it will turn over and the starter is working just fine but it wont run

do you have the ability to know the fuel pressure and have you checked the timing belt could it have jumped.

Ah, my bad, I missed the part in the post about the starter cranking over. Is the check engine light on? I'm sure in this case it would be on with a TON of codes.. If you could get codes, I know someone on here can help you for sure.
