Default 2008 Expedition door panel

Hey guys and gals,
Just logged in for the first time because I need some help. Figured where else to get it other than a group of people that talk about there vehicles and seek out solutions from each other. I have a 2000 Expedition that I can not remove the driver door panel on. I have removed every visible screw and even have the tool to remove the plastic anchors that hold the panel to the door. But I can not get it off. Something that I'm not seeing is holding the panel in place. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
