Arrow Radiator Coolant Hose Problems

I am new to this site to please bare with me. I am learning as I go for the last eight years how to fix this car. I have worked on cars all my life and have learned as I went. I am truly self taught.

I have a 1998 Ford Taurus with a 3.o engine. I have a leaking coolant hose and I realized that I have to replace all three coolant hoses to fix the problem. How exactly do you do this?

I am also having trouble trying to even get one of the hoses off, not to mention the other two. Would vise grips be okay for this task?

Do you use clamps or a crimper to put the hoses back on?

Please, help!
