hello there, ive disconnected the battery off my car and the raido is looking for the code, i havent got it anyway but from weekes off entering random code avery so often the radio is now locked, i found the code anyway , so i was wondering can the radion still be use or can it be unlocked in anyway , any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
I have the same problem. The car is a UK registered 1994 Scorpio Ultima the sound system is a Ford Sound 2000 (DE1 2007) with CD autochanger, the serial number is M945941. I know the code is 7797 but due to the previous owner making ten incorrect attempts, the unit is now locked and shows "TEN" in the display.
Can I unlock it as the standard unlock procedure no longer works?
