Hi Anthony, welcome to the forum. I do not have a good answer for you though. My Ford parts service only goes back to 1980. How about this:
1971 Ford Galaxie
maybe helpful.

Thanks ABE, I appreciate the direction. My first forum other then college. I have been searching regularly for the parts, but a 71' is extremely rare in my area. Most rotted out by the end of the 80's. I owned two growing up and had to scrap both because of rotting chassis. I noticed you have a 3.0 Vulcan too. I have had good luck with my 2002 sable. 120K on it and running very strong. Also looking at an 08' Taurus X. More then likely buying used in 09 or 10 to replace a Volvo 850 w/current 200K. Have a great weekend. Anthony

I have purchased new and used and I think used is the best for me. I have had good luck with 4 year old vehicles that appear well maintained. Next time I think a 1 or 2 year old so that I get the tail end of the warranty. The Taurus X has been out for about 6 months now and so should be a good fit at the end of the year.

This site may get Taurus X coverage in time.

Anthony, I am moving this thread to the classified section, since your asking for parts more than you are saying hi.

Auto Parts Fast at RockAuto is a great source for parts, although they may not be original parts (they are usually reman.) We offer a 5% discount to forum members, look at the forum announcements at the top of the forum pages.
