Exclamation tearing my hair out....
i've looked ALL OVER the ford website looking for the anser to a stupid little question and i cant find it.
i just bought a 2000 expedition. it comes with a 6 disc cd changer...but the piece that holds the discs is missing. i want to replace it but i dont know what its called to research it online. the owners manual doesn't mention it, and the parts website doesn't list radio parts, and when i went to email ford about it, the refused my vin number (when the parts site didn't)
im so frustrated...all over finding the name to a d*** part.

I think it's called a cd cartridge. I find it strange that ford wouldn't accept your vin. good luck with your search
